Alysia East is a Board Certified Wellness Coach and Certified NeuroSomatic Practitioner with 27+ years experience in healthcare. She is also trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping and mindfulness. Alysia brings professional competence, personal transformation, and lived experience offering clients both scientific grounding and soul-led wisdom.

Hey, I’m Alysia East!
I spent years serving others, constantly giving while silently struggling to feel seen, heard, or whole. Like many women in high-pressure environments, I believed that exhaustion was simply part of the job, part of my role, part of being a “good person.” My days bled together; overworking, over-helping, and overextending myself emotionally and physically.
Eventually, I found myself burnt out not just in my profession, but in my body, mind, and spirit. I sought something different and stumbled upon a coaching certification tailored for nurses. That program sparked a transformation: I learned how to reclaim my energy, create inner peace, and start healing from within.
But it wasn’t until I pursued Neurosomatic training that the deeper, lasting healing took root. Over 2 years of nervous system work, emotional processing, and embodiment tools gave me the resources to shift from reactive to regulated, something no amount of overworking or coping had ever achieved.
Now, as the founder of Beelieve Wellness, I support high-achieving, neurodivergent women in unlearning the belief that they’re too much, too sensitive, or too broken. Through nervous system regulation, intuitive tools, and compassionate support, I help clients rewrite their story from stressed and disconnected to grounded, joyful, and self-led.
